Best Beds Direct offer a free 2-man room-of-choice delivery service. We only use what we believe to be some of the best, specialist bed carriers. This enables us to keep you informed of your delivery date and time. This mostly only applies to flat traditional mattresses or divans.

Some items, such as some headboards, rolled mattresses and some flat packed bed frames will be delivered to the door step and will delivered by 1 person, and is not a 'bookable' service and may not receive a dispatch notification. This is because these items are smaller and lighter, and specifically designed for easy delivery.

Our partner takes great care in handling and delivering your order, ensuring it arrives in good time and in excellent condition. It is essential that you provide us with a mobile number and email address so we can keep you updated throughout the delivery process.

Delivery cost & surcharge areas

Free Delivery - all orders over £149 to addresses within mainland UK, except Northern Scottish postcodes. An additional charge for these locations is shown below:

• Central Scotland - DG, TD, KA, ML, EH, G, - Free Delivery. Deliveries to areas north of Glasgow and Edinburgh may take longer.
• North Scotland - PH1-41, DD, AB, KY, FK, PA1-19 will incur an additional charge of £24.99. Deliveries to these areas will take longer and cannot receive fast track deliveries.
• PA, IV, KW1-14, KA27 - Deliveries will incur a £99 charge.

Some items such as Mlily mattresses can be shipped across the UK, islands and Eire - please contact us for more details.

At present, we do not deliver to KW15-17, PH42-44, or anywhere offshore including Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Scottish Islands, the Channel Islands, Isle of Man or Isle of Wight. We apologise for any inconvenience.

For orders under £149 there will be a small delivery charge of £9.99.

Healthbeds

Lead time: 4-5 weeks

All orders (including headboards) will be delivered to your room of choice. Collect and disposal of existing item can be added for a small charge, on a like for like basis.

Bedmaster

Lead time: 3-5 days (often much faster)

These items are delivered to your room of choice, and a great option for those looking for a faster delivery time. Once an order is placed, we will email you to arrange a delivery date. Customers can select their own date and will receive a 3 hour slot the evening before. Please note Bedmaster headboards ordered on their own may take several days to arrive. Post codes considered 'North Scotland' or north of Glasgow or Edinburgh cannot get fast track deliveries due to the out of area location.

Sweet Dreams

Lead time: 2-4 weeks

All items (except Headboards, and some flat packed bed frames) are delivered to your room of choice. Collect and recycle is available.

Vogue Beds

Lead time: 2-4 weeks

All items are delivered to your room of choice. If you have selected the Collect and Recycle service, packaging of all items will also be removed and taken away.

Repose

Lead time: 2-4 weeks

All items are delivered to room of choice. If you have selected the Collect and Recycle, packaging of all items will also be removed and taken away.

Kayflex

Lead time: 10-14 days

All items are vacuum packed and rolled, delivered to your door step by courier. Ground floor only.

Mammoth

Lead time: 4-5 weeks

Items are vacuum packed and rolled, delivered to your door step.

Birlea

Lead time: 10-14 days

Orders will be delivered to the front door only at present. These are all day time slots. Unfortunately, we cannot deliver Birlea products to the following post codes: AB DD IV KW PA or anywhere offshore.

SleepSoul

Lead time: 5-8 days

All orders will be delivered by 1 person to your front ground floor door. Unfortunately, we cannot deliver SleepSoul products to the following post codes: AB DD IV KW PA or anywhere offshore. Mon-Fri Delivery Only between 8am-6pm. No time slots provided.

Mlily

Lead time: 5-10 days

2 person delivery with day of choice and time slot. All orders are delivered vacuum packed and rolled.. These are all day time slots. Unfortunately, we cannot deliver Mlily products to the following post codes: AB DD IV KW PA or anywhere offshore.

Breasley

Lead time: 6-14 days

Dispatched on an all day time slot Monday to Friday to ground floor only.

Komfi

Lead time: 2-3 weeks

These are sent on an all day slot to the ground floor property only. Mon-Fri only.

Adjust-A-Bed

Lead time: 2-3 weeks

All orders are delivered to room of choice and include free assembly. Collect and disposal of old bed or mattress is available for a small fee.
