We regularly have customers come into our bed shop in Thetford, Norfolk, looking for a range of beds and mattresses. A question which frequently pops up is that of tufts on a mattresses. When I say question, I actually mean more of an objection! Some people like them, some people don’t. This is mostly down to perception, or perhaps a bad experience with poor quality mattresses, often as children. I’m going to spend a few moments to explain the difference, and some of my observations from my experience of selling mattresses.

This week, our Sales Team visited The Bed Show at the Telford International Centre to check out the latest bed and mattress designs from a variety of British and Irish bed manufacturers and suppliers.

The start of a new school, college, or university year brings with it a wealth of new things to get our heads around – this includes new learning schedules, new friends, harder homework, new exam goals, and new social opportunities such as after-school clubs or youth groups. But all this activity and excitement requires a lot of energy, stamina, and a positive mindset… and our ability to perform well in all of these areas is highly dependent on the quality of our sleep.

We’ve been extra busy over the last couple of months, in preparation for opening our new showroom in Thetford, Norfolk.

The 2,000 sq ft showroom opened in late July, so we were delighted when the Thetford and Brandon Times asked to visit us just a couple of weeks later to write an article on our growing business.

We're looking forward to attending this year’s Bed Show at the Telford International Centre, from 17-18 September 2019. The Bed Show is the UK’s biggest and best loved bed event.
